You can book by filling out the request form on our website, messaging us on WhatsApp at +62 821-4296-1911, or sending us an email. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

2. Is my booking guaranteed after the deposit?

Yes. Once we receive your deposit and all required documents (passport copy, health certificate, etc.), your booking is confirmed. You’ll receive an official invoice and confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

3. What are the payment methods available?

We accept payments through international bank transfer, Wise, and other secure online payment methods (instructions will be provided after the booking request is submitted).

4. What’s included in the tour package?

It depends on your selected itinerary, but generally includes:

  • Private transport with driver/guide

  • Fuel and parking fees

  • Entrance tickets (if stated)

  • Accommodation (standard or upgraded)

  • Mineral water

  • Gas mask for Ijen tours (if applicable)

5. Are there additional costs I should be aware of?

Optional costs include:

  • Meals (unless stated in the package)

  • Local guide (for certain trekking areas if required)

  • Personal expenses

  • Travel insurance (not included)

6. What documents do I need to provide for the Ijen Crater tour?

To obtain a permit to hike Ijen Crater, you must send:

  • Passport/KITAS copy

  • Health certificate (stating no asthma or heart disease)

  • Flight ticket (if applicable)

7. What is the Blue Fire phenomenon?

The blue fire is a natural phenomenon at Ijen Crater caused by ignited sulfuric gas. It can be seen only during early hours (before sunrise). Blue fire visibility depends on weather and volcanic conditions.

8. Can I always see the Blue Fire?

No. If weather is bad, if the government prohibits night trekking, or if you're too tired or medically unfit, we will shift to the standard sunrise hike (which starts around 2 a.m.) instead of the blue fire trek.

9. Is a health certificate mandatory?

Yes. As of January 6, 2024, all visitors hiking Ijen Crater must provide a health certificate proving they are free of asthma and heart problems. This rule was introduced after a fatal incident in early 2024.

10. Where can I get a health certificate?

You can get one from local clinics in Banyuwangi or Bondowoso. It should be issued no more than 24 hours before the hike. We can help recommend nearby clinics upon request.

11. Who is not allowed to join the Ijen Crater hike?

  • Pregnant women

  • Children under 5 years old

  • Adults over 65 years old

  • Anyone with asthma, chronic respiratory problems, or heart conditions

12. What should I bring for the Ijen to Bromo Tour?

We recommend:

  • Comfortable trekking shoes

  • Warm clothing (temperatures can drop to 5°C)

  • Jacket, gloves, hat

  • Flashlight or headlamp

  • Sunscreen and mosquito repellent

  • Health certificate (for Ijen)

  • Personal medication

13. What happens if I feel unwell during the tour?

Inform our guide immediately. Your health and safety are our top priorities. We will adjust the itinerary or seek medical assistance as needed. We strongly encourage you to have personal travel insurance.

14. Do you provide insurance?

No. We do not provide insurance. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and adventure activities.

15. What if I cancel the trip after paying the deposit?

Our refund policy applies as follows:

  • More than 15 days before tour: partial refund after deductions

  • 14 days or less: no refund

  • Same-day cancellations: 100% cancellation fee applies

Please refer to the full Refund Policy for details.

16. Can I reschedule my trip?

Yes, rescheduling is possible based on availability and the notice period. If you notify us early, we can help rearrange your trip with minimal or no additional cost.

17. Can I customize my tour itinerary?

Absolutely! We specialize in private tours and can adjust routes, durations, and destinations to fit your preferences. Just contact us with your travel ideas.

18. Is the tour private or group-based?

All of our tours are private. You will have a dedicated vehicle and driver/guide throughout your journey. We do not combine travelers from different bookings unless requested.

19. What kind of vehicles do you use?

We use comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicles such as Toyota Avanza, Innova, HiAce, or other depending on the group size. For off-road areas like Bromo viewpoint, 4WD jeeps are used.

20. Do you offer pick-up and drop-off service?

Yes. We can pick you up or drop you off in Banyuwangi, Surabaya, Malang, Ketapang Port, or even Bali with prior arrangement. Please confirm location and time in advance.

21. What is the best time to visit Ijen and Bromo?

Both destinations can be visited year-round, but the dry season (April to October) offers the best conditions for hiking and sunrise views. Rainy season (November to March) may affect visibility.

22. What happens if it rains or there’s volcanic activity?

We will monitor official updates from local authorities. If the destination is closed or deemed unsafe, we’ll reschedule or offer a credit/refund depending on the situation.

23. Is there a weight or baggage limit?

There is no strict limit, but we recommend traveling light due to mountain terrain. Soft bags or backpacks are preferred over large suitcases for easier transport.

24. Can I bring a drone?

Yes, but drone flying is restricted in national parks and you may need a permit. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a drone.

25. How can I contact you for urgent matters?

Please message us via WhatsApp at +62 821-4296-1911. We respond quickly and are available most hours, especially during operational days.
